Title: RPA Architect (Power Automate) Location: St. Louis, MO Mode of hire: C2H Duration: 6 - 9 Months Rate: $80-$90/hr on C2C
Job Description:
The Power Automate and RPA Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other RPA technologies. This role involves understanding business requirements, defining automation strategies, and creating detailed solution designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA process development, from requirement gathering to deployment and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Design and develop RPA solutions to streamline and automate business processes.
Create and maintain solution documentation, including diagrams, process descriptions, and data flow charts.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the RPA solution meets business needs and aligns with company strategy.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the RPA solution.
Keep up to date with developments in RPA technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions.
Train and mentor team members in RPA tools and techniques.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in MS Power Platform, including Power Automate Desktop and Cloud.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and process reengineering techniques.
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and knowledge of APIs and web
Experience in end-to-end lifecycle of RPA process development using MS Power Automate Desktop/Cloud.
Ability to gather requirements independently with Business SMEs, assess automation opportunities, and provide solutions from an RPA or other applicable technology.
Extensive experience in exception implementation for BOTs from a technical and operations perspective.
Comply with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact with team, management, and clients.
Experience with other RPA platforms (like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing thought leadership and developing internal competency.
Tech oversight to the key or critical program.
Certification in relevant RPA technologies is mandatory.
