Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain headcount, labor, and space forecasting models.
- Identify process gaps and implement efficient, repeatable workflows.
- Lead cross-functional projects, driving timelines, coordination, and delivery.
- Analyze workforce and space data to produce clear recommendations.
- Build dashboards and reports that support day-to-day operational planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder operational programs.
- Strong process improvement and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with data and business intelligence tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, or Headcount / Labor Planning.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
