Job Description:

Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA team in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in QA processes and methodologies.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing.
  • Report and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso).
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
