Responsibilities:
- Lead the QA team in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in QA processes and methodologies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing.
- Report and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases on time.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso).
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
