What will you be doing?

Your primary objective is to support Infrastructure Services through maintaining a high level of technical expertise in Advanced SD-WAN and related Security technologies with a focus in Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto solutions, supporting delivery teams and engineers in the deployment of Services, and serving as an escalation point for delivery engineers. You will also be responsible for assisting with the introduction of new services, including development and documentation of deployment methodologies, and working with delivery teams to develop those capabilities in the field.

The Domain Architect may be assigned to lead customer-facing services projects of varying size and complexity that will often include the development of project deliverables (examples include white papers, plans, strategies, designs, assessments, and business case analyses). When the Domain Architect is designated the Solution / Technical leader, they will combine with PMO leadership to form the Two in the Box model, a vital part of WWTs approach to driving successful project outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide presales support for account teams (Account Managers, CSE s and CSA s and PS organization for potential complex PS services engagements.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all aspects of Unified Communications for both on-prem and cloud-based solutions such as UCCM, WebEx Calling, Microsoft Teams, etc
• Communication skills able to highly articulate and convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner
• Presentation skills ability to present various audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Responsible for the delivery of UC projects which includes design, & implementation as a post sales consultant to WWT's Commercial Enterprise clients.
• Create Low Level and High Level Designs utilizing industry best practices for enterprise level customers.
• Lead the delivery of Unified Communication solutions.
• Actively participate and support delivery engineers throughout all phases of a project including Project Launch Workshops, Kickoff calls, lessons learned, etc. as needed.
• Review client deliverables to identify opportunities to improve quality through training, mentoring, product offering improvement, and talent acquisition.
• Work with Discipline Leads to assist in developing and delivering training and updates on new services.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing core UC solutions with industry best practices
• Strong background in Unified Communications, both on-prem Cisco Unified Communications Manager and cloud-based such as WebEx Calling and Microsoft Teams
• Cisco UCCX experience is a huge plus
• Automation/Scripting experience is a huge plus
• Experience with third party solutions (Redsky, vBrick etc)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or five equivalent storage engineering experience.
