Job Details

  • Design, develop, and maintain COBOL batch and online applications in an enterprise mainframe environment.

  • Develop and modify programs involving DB2 databases and VSAM files.

  • Perform analysis, coding, unit testing, and debugging of mainframe applications.

  • Handle production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and defect fixes.

  • Manage code migrations using CHANGEMAN ZMF, including check-in/check-out, package creation, and promotions.

  • Participate in release management activities, ensuring proper approvals and audit compliance.

  • Work with JCL for batch job execution, scheduling, and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct impact analysis for enhancements and regulatory changes.

  • Collaborate with QA, release, and operations teams for smooth deployments.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and SDLC processes.
