The Apple Service Engineering team is looking for an Engineering Program Manager to drive high impact initiatives across Apple's business lines and organizations to ensure Apple meets our global privacy promises and regulatory compliance goals. You will drive large-scale privacy programs, including establishing and executing a multi-year roadmap, delivering requirements, creating monitoring and reporting, drive organization-wide communication, and support education in partnership with Apple's engineering teams.
Description * Drive Program Roadmap and Strategy: Work together with engineering to define and execute the roadmap for scalable, privacy-preserving infrastructure and tools, empowering Apple's development teams to efficiently ingest, store, process, transform, and analyze data. Lead cross-functional discussions with stakeholders to prioritize and establish a strategic program roadmap. * Program Ownership: Closely partner and collaborate with internal engineers, as well as org-wide partners, to identify high-impact opportunities and define/establish and improve program and org framework. Focus on efficiency, scalability, and reporting. * Champion Product Adoption and Evangelism: Act as a primary advocate for Privacy, leading efforts to promote platform/tool adoption, ensuring awareness, and aligning stakeholders on the platform's value across the organization. * Foster Cross-Functional Relationships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and across Apple, facilitating seamless communication between divisions and fostering a unified approach to program goals. * Project Management: Execute on deliverables with resilience, creativity, and ownership. Lead with compassion and grace; strive to identify blockages and how to remove them.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $278,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Minimum Qualifications
- +7 years of experience in software development industry and/or big data
- Excellent understanding of Data Privacy laws and concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and build consensus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, communication and reporting skills
- Excellent presentation-making and presentation skills.
- Experience in software development life cycle methodologies, and strategically managing large-scale programs

- +5 years of experience in data privacy compliance and/or continuous compliance and/or data governance
