Must Haves:
Strong API QA experience
Agile/Kanban familiarity
Jira
Salesforce of some kind
Plus:
QNXT (Super plus - I will rank these higher than anyone withtout)
Salesforce (Health cloud/marketing cloud/sales cloud - some not all)
certs within QA/API related.
Day to Day: Working on getting any additional detail; but this person will be supporting health care and health plan API Quality Assurance within the Digital team. I've mentioned some detail above about the team workstreams and technical stack.
