then launching and then iterating down to sunsetting a product. Broad horizon to participate on any life cycle stage. Competitive research

2) Does their resume show they have launched a product vs a technical product manager/product owner which is not what they need.
Mobile PM - biggest opportunity to grow and

3)Nimble and Resilient.They are like a 1 year start up. If someone has been just enterprise and silo'd on a product they won't be a fit. Has seen PM's from large orgs as long as they have start up experience.
Job Details
A well-established company in the transportation industry is currently undergoing a major transformation to build innovative products and expand into new markets. The company has been around for several years, but this department has a startup-like culture and is financially backed to drive impactful results. As the Senior Product Manager you would own and drive the full product lifecycle for a key product vertical.

- Estimated salary rrange of $145K - $1650K + bonus, commensurate with experience

- Mainly remote but willing to come in the office as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the product strategy, vision and roadmap for your assigned product vertical
- Conduct market research, gather insights, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align on priorities and requirements
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including discovery, prototyping, and release planning
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Incorporate customer feedback through qualitative and quantitative data to continuously enhance products
- Support go-to-market activities and define success criteria for measuring product performance
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end product management across the full product lifecycle
- Expertise in agile product management methodologies such as Scrum
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working in a SaaS or software product company
- Background in transportation or logistics industries
- Experience managing mobile app and/or platform product offerings
