- Monitor customer experience health using available metrics and keep the team and business informed.
- Evaluate experiences created within the team and externally to ensure alignment with defined strategies.
- Compile data points into compelling Point-of-View documents and communicate findings to key stakeholders, including designers, strategists, researchers, and product owners.
- Utilize online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research methods to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX research or a related field.
- Strong ability to gather and analyze customer data using qualitative, quantitative, and competitive research methods.
- Proficiency in monitoring and interpreting customer experience metrics.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with online research tools, design thinking methods, and quantitative research techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists, and product owners.
