We are seeking a seasoned Senior DevOps Architect with over 10 years of experience in technical architecture, infrastructure delivery, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud-native environments, particularly with AWS and Kubernetes, and will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions. This role demands strong leadership in DevOps strategy, CI/CD implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform.
  • Oversee observability improvements using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Own and evolve the DevOps roadmap in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
  • Guide the implementation of container orchestration strategies using AWS EKS (Auto Mode) and tools like Karpenter, External-DNS, and Cert-Manager.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leadership on cloud strategy and architecture decisions.
  • Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical architecture, DevOps, or infrastructure delivery roles.
  • 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native environments.
  • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code frameworks Terraform and AWS Cloud Formations.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies using GitHub Actions workflow.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, ALB, WAF, etc.
  • Production experience managing Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS (Auto Mode).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes tooling: Karpenter, External-DNS, Cert-Manager.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and cloud security practices.
  • Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
  • Strong background in Linux system administration and scripting (Bash, Ruby).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools: AWS Cloud Watch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
  • Terraform Associate Certification
