Job Title: ServiceNow ATF Consultant
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) LOCALS ONLY
Duration: Long Term

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer with a strong background in manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with ServiceNow and 5-6 years of overall experience in software testing. You will work closely with development, business, and functional teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on ServiceNow applications, including configurations and customizations.
Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate test coverage.
Leverage automated testing tools (e.g., ATF, Selenium) to build efficient testing processes.
Test ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, scripts, and UI policies to ensure that all implementations meet specified requirements.
Perform API testing and data validation for integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
Identify, track, and report defects in JIRA or a similar bug-tracking tool and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide input on user stories and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and help maintain the overall quality of the platform by contributing to continuous improvement processes.
Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other QA engineers to create a test automation strategy for the platform. Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow QA.
Experience with ServiceNow testing tools such as Automated Test Framework (ATF) and familiarity with external tools like Selenium.
Strong knowledge of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and ability to test both out-of-the-box features and custom applications.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Proficiency in defect management and test case management tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, TestRail,
Understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations.
Solid experience in manual testing and the ability to transition to test automation.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of Scripting languages such as JavaScript (for ServiceNow customizations) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
Certified ServiceNow Administrator or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
Experience with Performance Testing and Load Testing for ServiceNow.
Exposure to DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
