Position Title: Program Manager with PLM
Job Location: USA Remote

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Planning & Governance Manager to drive end-to-end planning, risk management, program governance,
and executive reporting across multiple cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong organizational leadership, communication skills, and expertise in program governance frameworks.
Experience supporting Change Management and familiarity with EIS PLM / Windchill environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Governance
- Build, maintain, and manage the overall program plan, timelines, and roadmap across multiple business and technical organizations.
- Define and document roles and responsibilities for program team members, stakeholders, and steering committee participants.
- Schedule, plan, and facilitate regular leadership meetings, preparing agendas, status materials, and follow-up actions.
Execution Management
- Oversee daily/weekly activities across all use cases and workstreams to ensure progress aligns with the program plan.
- Implement a consistent, standardized process for tracking schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Maintain program documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with evolving priorities.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, log, and actively manage program risks, issues, and blockers.
- Implement mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks related to timeline, budget, or quality to program sponsors.
- Provide clear visibility into risk trends through structured reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and PMO to support delivery of schedules, risk management, and communications.
- Develop strong relationships with business owners to ensure alignment and readiness across the program lifecycle.
Communication & Reporting
- Maintain weekly program status reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Support creation of executive-level presentations, steering committee decks, and decision-ready materials.
- Ensure consistent communication flow across teams, sponsors, and leadership groups.
Change Management & Training Support
- Collaborate with Change Management resources to drive adoption planning, user readiness, and organizational impact assessments.
- Support training material development, communication plans, and rollout preparation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Program Management, Program Governance, or PMO leadership roles.
- Strong background in managing multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in program planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.).
- Strong understanding of scheduling, risk management, governance frameworks, and milestone tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to produce executive-level summaries and decision-making materials.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Change Management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.).
- Familiarity with EIS PLM Windchill or similar PLM platforms.
- Experience working in large enterprise or engineering/manufacturing environments.
