Opportunity Overview:
iSphere is seeking a results-driven AI Implementation Analyst to join an enterprise AI transformation team. In this hybrid role, you ll bridge the gap between data science, business strategy, and operational impact helping to scale AI-powered solutions that drive measurable performance across a national enterprise footprint.
As a core member of the AI Implementation team, you ll work alongside innovation, product, and data teams to translate emerging technology into actionable business outcomes. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master s preferred)

2-4 years of experience in strategy, product, consulting, or innovation roles (ideally with exposure to AI or advanced analytics)

Demonstrated ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and measure impact

Strong presentation and visualization skills using PowerPoint, Power BI, or Tableau (coding not required)

Cross-functional project experience, particularly with Data, Compliance, and InfoSec teams

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of AI/ML use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, generative AI, automation)

Background in operations-heavy industries (e.g., logistics, facilities, utilities, manufacturing)
