RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer III.
Responsibilities:
* The UX/UI Designer will lead, deliver, and contribute the user experience design and delivery of pioneering agentic experiences that seamlessly integrate across Intuit's diverse product portfolio
* Collaboratively define requirements with a wide range of partners across our ecosystem, transforming these insights into cohesive and comprehensive end-to-end user journeys
* Drive innovative solutions by strategically balancing blue-sky creative exploration with pragmatic and implementable applications
* Synthesize user research findings and business objectives into clear and compelling user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design intent
* Thrive and effectively design within ambiguous and rapidly evolving innovative environments, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* The UX/UI Designer will produce meticulous and developer-ready design specifications to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or relevant field; Master's preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered
* Demonstrated mastery of fundamental design principles (e.g., usability, accessibility, visual hierarchy) and established design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, User-Centered Design).
* Experience in translating the potential of emerging technologies, particularly agentic AI, into tangible design solutions that address user needs and pain points
* Exceptional ability to visually communicate design concepts and solutions through compelling storyboards, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes
* Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
* Proven ability to strategically apply and extend design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in exploratory design prototypes
* A strong understanding of design considerations for enterprise and data-rich products
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
