Project Manager - Energy Solutions

Magnolia Talent is looking for a seasoned Project Manager for our client's Energy Solutions team. You will be responsible for providing direct project management services for energy solution projects assigned by senior management. The PM will oversee client projects, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate with construction and site acquisition teams, and ensure operational compliance to meet project objectives.

This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity, onsite in Salem, NC.
Job Description:

• Manage client projects to meet specific time frames and expectations set by clients and company management.
• Serve as the primary interface with designated project managers and report project status to clients and company stakeholders.
• Take accountability at the market level for quality, schedule, and cost objectives of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project coordination and communication are aligned.
• Ensure data integrity for assigned projects, including accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead meetings and calls with clients, internal teams, and vendors to address project challenges and meet client expectations.
• Interpret zoning and construction documents to ensure scope of work execution and material procurement.
• Collaborate with client project management on cycle time and duration objectives.
• Ensure compliance with process requirements and document management in client repositories.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of field or project management experience in site development or construction projects.
• Strong time management, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and influence team members and processes for timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative team player.
