ClickUp is searching for a Search Engine Marketing Manager with a proven track record in SEM campaigns. This position is tailored for a seasoned professional ready to take the helm of one of our premier media channels, applying their deep expertise to further refine and advance the strategies driving our success.

The Role:

  • Embracing Automation & Machine Learning: Prioritize the innovative use of Google and Microsoft Ads' automation and machine learning to drive SEM growth, avoiding outdated tactics in favor of scalable and efficient strategies.
  • Strategic Execution: Focus on executing against a well-established SEM strategy, building upon and growing our presence in paid search with strategic adjustments and expansions.
  • Optimization Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in optimizing SEM campaigns, leveraging platform automation and machine learning products within Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Spend Management: Take charge of budget allocation and pacing to ensure efficient media spend, maximizing ROI.
  • Ad & Landing Page Testing: Lead ad testing efforts and collaborate with the Conversion Rate Optimization team to strategize landing page tests for SEM needs.
  • Analytical Growth Exploration: Apply analytical prowess to dissect campaign data and identify growth opportunities, focusing on understanding machine learning outcomes for optimal results.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Collaborate across marketing channels to ensure cohesive messaging, aligning SEM strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ownership & Growth Mindset: Embody the spirit of a business owner, with a relentless growth mindset, eager to build, innovate, and significantly impact our trajectory.
  • Growth Opportunities: Initially, this role is designed for individual contribution, focusing on leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results. The opportunity for growth into a leadership position with direct reports is possible, based on the success and strategic needs of our operations. Success in this role also opens avenues for expanded channel responsibilities and influence within ClickUp.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience managing campaigns within Google and Microsoft ads, emphasizing the use of machine learning. Experience managing paid search programs spending in excess of $1M per month is required. Experience within the B2B SaaS sector is a strong plus.
  • Impactful Performance: Demonstrable ability to provide concrete examples of previous successes in similar roles, showcasing a direct impact on performance.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Google and Microsoft ads, with a deep understanding of various campaign types.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical skills, familiarity with tools such as Tableau, and adept in utilizing performance marketing tools for analysis and insights.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 (base pay)
