Job Details
Skill: Performance Test Engineer
- 10+ years of experience in Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify performance requirements.
- Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Utilize performance testing tools (HP LoadRunner) and frameworks to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Dynatrace Performance Engineering Analysis.
- Automation testing experience using Selenium is an added advantage.
- Monitor application performance, trouble shoot on issues and recommend optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.
- Good communications and technology skills to be able to interact with senior managers. SME in validating that related activities function as designed. Collaborating with devops and tech leads as well as other team members is inherent in this role.
