Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $33/hr on W2

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on System Administrator with strong experience in Windows desktop environments, patch deployment, and endpoint security. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and managing enterprise workstation configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Windows operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10, 11).
  • Deploy patches, software packages, and updates using SCCM.
  • Manage and support encryption technologies such as PGP and BitLocker.
  • Diagnose and resolve workstation hardware issues (laptops, desktops).
  • Assist with system configuration, imaging, and endpoint setup.
  • Maintain compliance with security standards and company IT policies.
  • Provide on-site technical support as needed.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Windows OS administration.
  • Strong experience with SCCM patching and software deployment.
  • Working knowledge of endpoint encryption platforms (PGP, BitLocker).
  • Solid PC hardware troubleshooting skills (replacements, repairs, diagnostics).
  • Ability to work onsite and handle multiple technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise IT support environments.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
