Scope of Work 1. Site Survey & Cabling Assessment Conduct a detailed site survey to identify optimal cable routing between the Main
Distribution Room (MMR) and Hall B.
Deliver a formal report outlining proposed cable paths and required materials.
2. Infrastructure Validation Assess conditions in Hall B, including:
o Power availability
o Rack or tray readiness
o General infrastructure support for new equipment
3. Access Point (AP) Requirements Review Validate AP installation prerequisites (excluding heatmap analysis).
Provide notes on environmental factors and potential mounting areas.
4. Cabling Implementation
Execute cable installation following client approval and signed work order.
5. Installation Equipment in Hall B Firewall: Fortinet 40F
Network Switch: 48-Port PoE
Access Points: 2 x Aruba 505
6. Basic Equipment Configuration Enable remote access for NOC and implementation team
Apply essential configuration settings to deployed devices
7. Activity Report Submission Prepare and deliver a full summary of installation and configuration activities
