Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop applications and extensions on SAP BTP using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), SAP Fiori/UI5, Node.js, and Java.

  • Configure and manage BTP subaccounts, destinations, security roles, and entitlements.

  • Work on SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh) for end-to-end integrations.

  • Develop and deploy applications using SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Launchpad service.

  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

  • Implement best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and security within the BTP environment.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SAP BTP landscapes.

  • Prepare technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills:

  • 5 8 years of total experience with at least 2+ years in SAP BTP.

  • Strong experience in one or more of the following:

    • SAP CAP, Node.js, Java, Fiori/UI5

    • SAP HANA Cloud, HDI Containers, SQLScript

    • SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI, API Management, Event Mesh)

  • Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and XSUAA for authentication/authorization.

  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Foundry environment.

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA extensions (in-app and side-by-side).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Build Apps and SAP AI Core / AI Launchpad.

  • Familiarity with Kyma/Kubernetes runtime on BTP.

  • SAP BTP certification (Developer or Integration track).
