Need someone with State client experience.
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business process mapping, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience (required)
- Strong process mapping and documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to present to executives and work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Experience writing business requirements and linking them to test cases
- Comfortable learning new tools and taking ownership of requirements
Nice to Have:
- 2 years of government or public sector experience
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certification
- Experience with Jira or Salesforce Public Sector tools
- Background in IT with a focus on business applications or accounting
