Salesforce Project Delivery Analyst (Remote)
Desired Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Salesforce administration or related roles.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator or similar. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and industry best practices.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently engage with business stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience working with SharePoint.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders or senior leadership.
- Bachelor s degree.
- Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, and/or PMP certification.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison for product owners across departments, helping them articulate and clarify their needs related to Salesforce whether for enhancements, new features, or troubleshooting.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct discovery sessions to understand current state, pain points, and desired outcomes. Ask insightful questions to gather accurate business requirements.
- Triage Support Queue: Handle incoming Salesforce support requests from simple license provisioning to complex feature enhancements. Accurately assess issues and route or resolve them as appropriate.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation in SharePoint, including business processes, testing records, and technical documentation.
- Project Work: Collaborate on user stories and manage small to mid-sized projects. Depending on the case, you may serve as a Project Manager overseeing the full project lifecycle including task delegation, timeline tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Salesforce Expertise: While this is not a development role, candidates must have a strong technical understanding of how Salesforce works to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
- User & Data Management: Handle Salesforce user management and data governance as needed no flow or development work involved.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A hybrid professional with experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and a Project Manager someone who has moved between these roles and understands both perspectives.
- Capable of working independently, driving conversations with non-technical stakeholders, and translating requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
- Strong collaborator with a proactive mindset and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
