Job Description:
1. The Service Manager Engineer will report to the Bureau Chief of Information Technology Services. They will work with Client business units to collect and develop requirements for Service Manager requests. The position is focused on administration and the creation of new requests.
2. Work with System Center Orchestrator. Create new orchestrator workflows, maintain, and update workflows.
3. Work with Cireson. Maintain and update software and work with the vendor to fulfill service requests. Updating JavaScript for service requests.
4. Maintain, update, and patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson.
5. Interact with staff, other team members, all levels of management, and internal and external organizations, including vendors performing outsourced work, in the compilation and management of information needed for Service Manager requests.
6. Work with technical staff and business stakeholders to create deliverables and artifacts that are intended for audiences of varying levels of technical knowledge.
7. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Point of Contact (POC) for developing and managing processes related to the Service Manager environment.
