Our client is looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead Mobile and Web development initiatives from concept through delivery. In this role, you ll oversee multiple projects at once, drive program strategy, streamline processes, and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure every milestone is hit. You ll guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, tackle risks before they escalate, and keep complex technical work moving smoothly across multiple locations. Responsibilities

- Lead Mobile and Web development programs composed of multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and successful execution against business and IT objectives.
- Develop program strategy, project plans, and supporting business cases.
- Adjust project scope, timing, and budgets as needed to support evolving business priorities.
- Partner closely with senior business and IT leadership to communicate program direction, updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage technology to advance enterprise goals.
- Maintain efficient project management processes, including planning, scheduling, risk tracking, and documentation.
- Identify potential risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Oversee teams of project managers, project leads, and support staff, ensuring clear direction and accountability.
- Manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites and geographic locations to gather requirements, define tasks, track deliverables, and maintain milestones throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and plans, considering dependencies and constraints.
- Manage changes in accordance with established change-management practices to control scope, quality, timelines, cost, and contracts.
- Ensure program data and status are accurately captured in program management systems for stakeholder visibility.
- Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 5 7 years of experience managing complex technology projects or programs.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict-resolution techniques.
- Hands-on experience identifying, tracking, and resolving risks and issues.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate program updates to technical and business leadership.

Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay Range: $80 $90 per hour
