Project Manager - Oracle EBS Migration to Fusion Cloud exp is required

Location: Houston, TX and Owensboro, KY - Hybrid

Duration: 12 -24 months

We're preparing an ERP transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our migration from Oracle EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Role Overview

  • Lead the end-to-end program (discovery design build data conversion testing cutover stabilization).
  • Coordinate internal SMEs, systems integrator, and Oracle.
  • Drive scope, schedule, budget, risk/issue management, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Establish strong governance (steering committee cadence, decision logs, KPIs, etc.).
  • Oversee data migration strategy (cleansing, mapping, validation), integrations, and legacy decommission plans.
  • Ensure SOX/ITalignment and cutover/hypercare readiness.

Required Experience (must-have)

  • 2+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as Project Manager.
  • Prior experience migrating from Oracle EBS 12.x to Fusion Cloud.
  • Industry background in midstream natural gas (preferred) or broader oil & gas (minimum).
  • Proven leadership of large SI/vendor teams and multi-workstream programs (DOEM+).
  • Strong testing orchestration (SIT/UAT), data conversion leadership, and stakeholder/change management.
  • Relevant oil & gas/midstream experience and module coverage.
  • Excellent executive communication and steering committee reporting.
