Job Title - Clinical Project Manager

Contract Duration - 6+ Months

Remote + local to NYC Area - must be willing to come onsite occasionally.

Requirement

  • This role was originally created to support an EPIC Beaker implementation however; the project load is increasing heading into next year. Will be supporting clinical systems portfolio projects (a mix of Epic and ancillary/clinical device integrations).
  • They are searching for a PM to drive process, not a technical SME.
  • This person must be able to run meetings confidently, hold teams accountable, and maintain a balanced communication style.
  • This person should demonstrate strong organizational discipline and familiarity with structured EPMO operations and be able to thrive in a very structured PMO environment with established templates, meeting formats, and status reporting processes, etc.

Must-Haves

  • Strong project management rigor and structure (PMO experience)
  • Highly polished communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to lead meetings, drive projects forward, and hold teams accountable
  • Executive-level stakeholder management experience
  • Proven ability to fit into a high-visibility, fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft skills (M365/SharePoint/PowerPoint/Word)
  • Epic exposure (any modules; experience suggests familiarity with structured environments
  • Previous hospital or clinical systems project experience
  • Lab or ancillary systems background (major plus)
  • PMP certification - very nice to have
  • Epic certifications - very nice to have
  • Bachelor s required; Master's or advanced degree preferred
