About this role:
Our Client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. The engineer will contribute to the design, development, test and delivery of IAM software solution (Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) - SailPoint) in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Agile environment. Engage with key stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME), and other engineers to drive design and development of IAM solutions.
This team focuses on optimization of capabilities to implement the IAM domain strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, the team is responsible for production deployment oversight and coordination for the IAM toolset, sponsorship of the access control design, and development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document IAM software solutions, leveraging OOP principles
Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and engineers to deliver secure, scalable systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Ensure code quality and security using tools like Sonar, Checkmarx, and Black Duck
Work with tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, OCP/OpenShift (or other cloud platforms), and ServiceNow
Sr. Sailpoint Developer
Lead moderately complex initiatives within the IAM domain
Review and resolve technical challenges with a focus on continuous improvement
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Collaborate with mid-level managers and peers to meet project goals
Required Qualifications
Sr. Sailpoint Developer
4+ years of software engineering experience
4+ years of software engineering experience
Experience with SailPoint (could consider Oracle Identity Governance experience for one of the roles)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (development, configuration, integration), having a good understanding of its Architecture and Object Model
Experience with building and customizing of SailPoint Connectors
Experience integrating with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools
Proficiency in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, UFT, HyperExecute)
Proficient in scripting using BeanShell or other comparable scripting language
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Kubernetes), databases - Oracle, and REST API development
Desired Skills (Both Roles)
Experience with XML, HTML and CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of TDD/BDD practices
Familiarity with tools like Venafi, HashiCorp Vault, Artifactory, Jira
Interest in AI and machine learning projects
Experience in the financial services industry
Job Expectations:
Ability to work on call as assigned
Ability to work onsite in the office in a hybrid model

The pay range for this position is $53.60 - $60.00/hr.
