REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker

JOB LOCATION: 211 S. Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 [Hybrid position]

DUTIES: Provide application monitoring and response, application problem management resolution, and service assurance management, status, and metrics. Tune and configure applications and infrastructure components. Complete work associated with the implementation of new applications and changes to existing applications, scheduling, and application change management and implementation. Monitor application availability and end to end application performance and metrics. Manage application availability issues, CBS ownership, application productivity, end to end business flow, work user issues associated with customer ordering, provisioning, and service assurance. Coordinate integrated problem resolution. Solve non-routine problems utilizing analysis and standard approaches to CBS business issues and transaction flow issues. Administer tools necessary to support CBS including support, test, and configure performance tools. Support CBS alarm, transaction flow, analysis, and correlation. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to improve CBS and application performance. Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide input on long range planning. Participate in established ITO problem management processes. Utilize Grafana, Kibana, Nagios, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm. Utilize Azure and Azure Pipelines. Onboard clients using supporting platforms.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation monitoring application availability and end to end application performance and metrics; managing application availability issues, CBS ownership, application productivity, end to end business flow, work user issues associated with customer ordering, provisioning, and service assurance; coordinating integrated problem resolution; solving non-routine problems utilizing analysis and standard approaches to CBS business issues and transaction flow issues; utilize Grafana, Kibana, Nagios, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm; utilizing Azure and Azure Pipelines; and onboarding clients using supporting platforms.
