Description

Our client, named to FORTUNE's World's Most Admired Companies and a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is hiring a Business Analyst II to join their ATI Salesforce Competency Center. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions by documenting functional processes and identifying opportunities to improve them in collaboration with Business Technology (BT).

What You'll Do
  • Analyze and refine business requests, creating solutions aligned with business strategies.
  • Independently gather and document business requirements for various projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to translate needs into business documentation.
  • Partner with technical teams to understand platform capabilities and their impact on processes.
  • Use tools like usability journeys and templates to illustrate future-state functionality.
  • Maintain a strong functional understanding of supported Salesforce platform features.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Facilitate discussions, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment on requirements.
  • Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL for insights and analysis.
  • Communicate with impacted teams and ensure excellent customer service across internal and external groups.


Requirements

  • AA degree, certification, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in a business functional area and 3+ years with business applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and complete SDLC experience.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and Salesforce functional knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to document complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Skilled in creating process flow diagrams, test plans, and fit/gap analyses.
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and execute project tasks independently or with guidance.
  • Knowledge of business systems, software development lifecycle, and writing SQL queries.
  • Experience with training, documentation, and conducting effective meetings.
