We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team in Santa Clara. This role is critical in driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across supply chain and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will leverage strong business analysis expertise, technical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills to optimize processes, support IT initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements, document business processes, and ensure IT projects meet business and compliance needs.
Conduct analysis of supply chain and manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Assess existing IT systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, BI tools) and recommend opportunities for integration, automation, and enhancements.
Collaborate with IT development teams and external vendors to implement and deploy IT solutions within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Support testing and validation efforts, including test planning, case development, execution, defect tracking, and compliance documentation.
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of business analysis practices.
Ensure compliance with MedTech standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA, and GDPR regulations.
Work in a SCRUM/Agile environment, actively engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
Provide timely resolution of user issues, ensuring high levels of end-user satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the healthcare or MedTech industry.
Proven expertise with IT systems and technologies relevant to supply chain/manufacturing (ERP: SAP/Oracle, MES, SCADA, BI tools).
Strong experience with testing, validation, and compliance of healthcare IT systems (EHRs, medical devices, clinical software).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work across diverse teams.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Previous experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment is highly desirable.
Work Setup
Hybrid role candidate must be local to Bay Area, CA and available to work onsite in Santa Clara at least 3 days per week.
