Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Frederick, MD. Candidates must have strong expertise in FTP, SolarWinds/DataDog, and ITSM tools, with the ability to create SOPs and troubleshoot P1/P2 issues independently.
Rate Range: $40/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include:
- Monitor and maintain computer infrastructure, including servers, networks, and FTP accounts, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot batch job scheduling tools, resolving issues and participating in P1/P2 incident handling.
- Use monitoring tools like SolarWinds and DataDog to proactively identify and address system anomalies.
- Respond to escalated service requests and incidents, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily system and application maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support 24x7 operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with batch job scheduling, FTP management, and monitoring tools like SolarWinds or DataDog.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or HEAT, with the ability to manage escalated incidents and prepare SOPs for daily operations.
