Job Details

The Medical Information Specialist will serve as a scientific reviewer of promotional and scientific exchange materials across products and geographies. The role ensures that materials are scientifically accurate and balanced, compliant with internal policies and external regulations, and supported by referenced data.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as medical information reviewer on Promotional and Medical Review Committees to ensure medical accuracy, validity, and appropriateness of content in accordance with approved labeling, scientific data, and relevant laws/regulations.
Evaluate scientific references, clinical literature, and other data used to substantiate claims and identify gaps or risks; provide recommendations for alternative data, language or claim strategy if needed.

Skills:
• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes, regulatory/policy environment, label claims, and scientific exchange practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interpret and succinctly summarize complex clinical data and literature.
• Ability to work collaboratively with commercial, legal/compliance, regulatory, and medical affairs stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, with ability to prioritize multiple review demands in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Veeva MedComms, Veeva PromoMats, and secondary literature databases.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
• Prior experience in MLR review.
• Global or regional experience (multi-geography review).
• Therapeutic-area expertise (oncology, hematology).

• Contribution to strategic initiatives (e.g., scientific exchange programs, literature strategy).
