SAP Project Manager / Cross-Functional Lead (Contract)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Cross-Functional Lead to lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple functional and technical workstreams. This role is responsible for driving project execution, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring SAP solutions align with business and operational objectives within a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
< data-start="716" data-end="748">Project Planning & Delivery</>Develop and manage detailed SAP project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
Track and manage delivery milestones in alignment with business priorities.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate schedules and deliverables across multiple SAP workstreams.
Lead solution design and delivery across SAP modules including:
MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, TM
Ensure seamless integration across end-to-end SAP business processes:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Plan-to-Produce
Record-to-Report (R2R)
Serve as the primary functional point of contact between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams.
Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve functional and technical dependencies.
Facilitate solution workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
Review and validate functional designs, configurations, and WRICEF objects.
Enforce SAP standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across all workstreams.
Oversee the WRICEF development lifecycle from design through deployment.
Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and Integration teams (PI/PO, BTP).
Lead readiness activities for testing, cutover, data migration, and go-live.
Ensure solution quality, performance, and overall business readiness.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Support adoption of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori, and SAP innovations.
Recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and business performance.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or SAP Cross-Functional Lead.
Strong experience working in a global delivery model.
Hands-on experience managing SAP project plans, milestones, budgets, and dependencies.
Strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes across multiple modules.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale SAP implementations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
Experience leading large, cross-functional, and multi-geography teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Background in manufacturing, automotive, or supply-chain-focused environments.
Knowledge of SAP BTP, Fiori, and modern SAP architecture and integration patterns.
