Are you ready to lead the charge in delivering top-notch Salesforce solutions?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based solutions. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end service lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence, and driving innovation in Salesforce platforms and processes.

Location: Based in Itasca, IL, with in-office presence 3-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of Salesforce services, aligning with business goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including incident resolution, service requests, and performance monitoring.
  • Implement ITSM best practices and manage change control, deployment, and release processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with developers and architects.
  • Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce professionals while coordinating with external vendors for high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, maintaining documentation and audit trails.
  • Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and implementing service enhancements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and proficiency in administration and configuration.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM processes and experience with frameworks like ITIL.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, integration tools, and data migration strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce deployment tools.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform management and service delivery.
  • Salesforce certifications and proven experience in ITIL or similar frameworks preferred.
Working Hours: 40-45 hours/week with some evening work as needed.

Travel: 0%-5% occasional travel may be required.
