Project Manager Guided Procurement Implementation

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 9+ years of expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management and delivery management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing medium- to large-scale SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

• Lead the implementation of a Guided Procurement Solution utilizing LevelPath as the selected tool.
• Manage end-to-end SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and maintain program governance structures, methodologies, and best practices.
• Provide oversight to project managers and teams, ensuring successful delivery.
• Orchestrate procurement processes, implementing a guided approach to appropriate buying channels.
• Design, build, test, and deploy fully integrated solutions.
• Integrate with Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF) and Mulesoft APIs to connect EDF, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and LevelPath.

Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and align project deliverables with business objectives.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive reports on progress, risks, and issues.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and ongoing support.

Delivery & Financial Management:

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria to meet strategic goals.
• Monitor deliverables for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify risks proactively and develop contingency plans to mitigate challenges.
• Lead end-to-end testing, including Regression, Functional, Interface, Performance (Automation & Manual).
• Oversee Quality Gate success criteria across the landscape and lead the cutover strategy.
• Develop and manage program budgets, optimizing cost efficiency while maintaining resource allocation.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 9 years in SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on program, project, and delivery management.
• Expertise in SAP Ariba Procurement, e-procurement, supplier management, supply chain management, and trade.
• Strong ability to orchestrate procurement processes and integrate with Enterprise Data Fabric (EDF).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures while managing multiple priorities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments with a team-oriented approach.
