Position: Solutions Engineer/Architect T2 Location: Herndon, VA ( Onsite)

The Solutions Architect (SA) is responsible for the collection, identification, and assessment of business and technical requirements and specifications; and the subsequent development of technology solutions that require IT Services delivery, integration, or support.

The SA has a breadth of technical knowledge and experience in cloud, security, network, and infrastructure & application integration and in-depth knowledge and experience within at least three.
Job Responsibilities:
Work with enterprise architect to translate high-level objectives (OKRs) into executable IT Services roadmap.
Collaborate with executives, line-of-business stakeholders, product owners, and technical staff to identify problems, gather requirements to develop solutions that deliver measurable business value and communicate adapting depth & language effectively to stakeholders.
Architect secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions that meet security best practices and compliance requirements.
Architect and standardize secure, versioned API ecosystems (OpenAPI, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, API Gateway, WAF, mTLS).
Champion automated provisioning, embedding DevSecOps practices to codify patterns in reusable IaC modules and standardized configurations with Terraform/ARM/CloudFormation, secure CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline.
Proven experience designing and architecting solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Strong proficiency and experience with cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
