  • Apply Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) frameworks to synchronize technical and commercial milestones, ensuring a seamless launch process.
  • Monitor and report on GTM delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership, providing clear communication and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with Integration and Hardware teams to ensure ecosystem and platform readiness for product releases and integrations with third-party and internal platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, playbooks, and toolkits by documenting best practices and lessons learned from each launch.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure launch success, adoption, revenue contribution, and feature utilization, reporting insights for ongoing optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Program Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating complex product launches in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to present to diverse audiences using various formats, including virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Background in developing and implementing new program and project plans, with familiarity in using project/program management tools.
  • Experience in launching software products internationally or localizing products for new markets is a plus.
  • Formal project management training or certification (such as PMP or Prince2) is advantageous but not required.
