We are seeking a skilled and experienced C++ Software Developer to contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our core product, playing a crucial role in our long-term technical strategy. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to apply deep technical knowledge within a largely remote team environment, with an occasional preference for in-office collaboration in the Clear Lake area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, write, debug, and maintain high-quality C++ code to support and enhance core application functionality.

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and bugs within the existing codebase.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team’s knowledge base and shared best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience programming in C++.

  • Proven ability to develop expertise in specific product areas and serve as a go-to resource.
