This role requires a marketing automation professional with direct experience in Redpoint, capable of designing and executing sophisticated omnichannel campaigns.
A strong understanding of data segmentation and proficiency in Oracle/SQL are also crucial.
Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint.
Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys.
A/B testing and performance tracking.
Hands-on experience with Redpoint tool
Knowledge of Oracle/SQL and data segmentation logic
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels using the Redpoint platform.
Segmentation, Targeting, and Personalization:
Develop and manage strategies for audience segmentation, targeted messaging, and personalized customer experiences.
Workflow and Customer Journey Management:
Construct, monitor, and refine marketing workflows and customer journeys within Redpoint.
A/B Testing and Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign effectiveness and track performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
Redpoint Expertise (Hands-on):
Demonstrated practical experience and proficiency with the Redpoint marketing automation tool.
Data Segmentation Logic:
Strong understanding and ability to apply data segmentation principles for effective targeting.
Oracle/SQL Knowledge:
Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis relevant to marketing campaigns.
