Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect with a strong background in data to join our team. As an AI/ML Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI and machine learning solutions that leverage our vast data resources. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI/ML solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value to our organization.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and architecture of AI and machine learning solutions that utilize our company's data assets to drive business insights and innovation.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and develop AI/ML solution roadmaps.

Design scalable and efficient data pipelines, data models, and algorithms to support AI/ML initiatives.

Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements and industry best practices.

Develop and implement best practices for data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in AI/ML, data engineering, and data science fields.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.

Proven experience (X years) working as an AI/ML Architect, data scientist, or data engineer, with a focus on designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with AI/ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Extensive knowledge of data processing techniques, statistical analysis, and machine learning algorithms.

Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
