Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IBM FileNet infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, performance, and security.

The key responsibilities include:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining various IBM FileNet components, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues using multiple monitoring tools.
Operational tasks such as managing archive holds and purges, as well as storage migrations.
Implementing security measures to comply with company policies and regulations.
Performing upgrades and patches for FileNet system security and collaborating with other IT teams to integrate FileNet with various systems and applications.

Experience in Cloud migration and familiarity with various hosting and installation environments including AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud a plus.
Under limited supervision, demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the activities performed related to engineering support, installation and/or operations of infrastructure technologies. Plans at a tactical level and manages the effective use of technology resources for assigned projects and functions. May direct assigned project staff to design, develop and/or implement large, complex technology solutions supporting one or more business and/or technology area. Develops and implements appropriate solutions that may involve multiple platforms, databases, software/hardware technologies and tools. Facilitates and/or participates in the design and development of database systems. Strong ability to multi-task in an environment of constantly changing priorities. This job is a team lead.
What Will You Do?

Infrastructure Maintenance, Monitoring & Planning
  • Install, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet components, including Content Platform Engine, Application Engine, Content Navigator, eDiscovery Manager, ECM System Monitor, Records Manager, and Content Collector.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation of FileNet infrastructure.
    • Utilization of multiple monitoring tools including ECM System Monitor and Dynatrace for alerting or auto recovery.
    • Performance monitoring there are various tools depending on the OS.
    • Analyze alert patterns for trends of possible problems and continually looking for monitor improvements.
    • Support and coordinate tools the team needs to investigate issue and problems.
  • Review Production Impact Communications for issues that could impact FileNet or any customer feeds.
  • Disaster Recovery Planning and Coordination (LOB DR Coordinator)
    • Oversee execution, ensure timely notifications, monitor progress and validate successful completion or DR tests


Infrastructure Administration & Technical Support
  • Licensing, Administration & Chargeback (IBM ELA, Enterprise One, Archer)
    • Responsible to understand all licensing details of each product (with ratios) and ensure that we are always within our licensing limits.
    • Monitor team's communications for any required changes to the Applications or Product (owner, contact, version, and lifecycle) changes.
    • Ensure all Annual Certifications and Tabletop (or annual DR test) exercises are performed as required.
    • Execute and validate chargeback and provide feed file quarterly.
  • Capacity planning and projections
    • Object storage projections and CPU workload assessment.
    • Support large scale operational activities (ex. Archive holds and purges, storage migrations)
    • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Perform upgrades and patches to keep the FileNet environment current and secure.
    • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate FileNet with other systems and applications.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and other IT staff.
    • Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Provide any certifications (SERT, Active Directory) in a timely basis.
    • Maintain the On-Call paging list.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Experience in administering IBM FileNet components such as Content Platform Engine, Application Engine, Content Navigator, eDiscovery Manager, ECM System Monitor, Records Manager, and Content Collector.
  • Experience with integrating FileNet with other enterprise systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, OKTA, and ERP systems to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.
  • Seven years of experience in Technology preferred.
  • Two years of experience as a technical lead preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Network, Database, Server, Storage etc. preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of one or more of the following technical skills:
  • Foundational IT Infrastructure
  • Operating Systems
  • Software
  • Knowledge of process discipline and IDLC methodology


What is a Must Have?
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience, plus five years of experience in Technology required;
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in CS or a related field and three years of work experience in Technology
