Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy aligned with federal modernization goals.
Oversee enterprise IP communications infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Drive modernization initiatives across legacy federal systems, integrating emerging technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with federal stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with government standards and cybersecurity protocols.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and IT teams.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Required Qualifications:
20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on federal communications and system modernization.
Deep expertise in enterprise IP communications and federal IT systems.
Active certifications: CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-security environments.
20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on federal communications and system modernization.
