Job Title: Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration technical Specialist (production support role)

Location: Raleigh, NC, United States/ REMOTE/India

Need 1 resource in USA and need multiple candidates from India who can support EST time zone

We are looking for a Kinaxis Rapid Response integration technical Consultant based in Raleigh, NC or Remote, to join our dynamic team.

The consultant will be responsible for developing and deploying ERP to Kinaxis Rapid Response application (vice versa too), assisting with supply chain planning, optimization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions on existing ERP application , including developing Integration using REST API, AWS web services, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system integrations.
  • Provide expertise in supply chain integration processes, such as master data loading into Kinaxis & forecast upload ensuring that best practices are followed.
  • Assist with data migration, system integration, and report generation.
  • Provide user training and offer post-implementation support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing maintenance as needed.
  • Evaluate the system's effectiveness and recommend optimizations or enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Integrating or interface development Kinaxis Rapid Response with Oracle EBS.
  • Understanding of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting user training.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable system configurations.
