About the Role

About the Role

- Build and maintain trading tools for the Equity Derivatives desk
- Collaborate with traders to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
- Enhance application performance and usability in a fast-paced trading environment
- Work across all phases of development: design, implementation, testing, and support
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on development skills in Python
- Experience with Excel/VBA, kdb, or C# is a plus
- Familiarity with equity derivatives or options trading workflows is desirable (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with end users
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid, agile, and fast-paced setting
