A day in life:
System Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and configuration of the Zoho CRM platform.
Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data within the system.
User Support:
- Provide training and technical support to internal teams on Zoho CRM functionalities and updates.
Customization & Optimization:
- Tailor the CRM system, create user-defined fields, forms, and templates to meet organizational needs.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights for business decisions.
Collaboration:
- Work with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to understand their needs and optimize the Zoho CRM for their use.
Security Management:
- Set up and manage user roles and permissions to safeguard customer data.
Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience. as assigned.

What you ll bring:
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
- 3+ years of healthcare operations (ABA experience preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and carry projects through to completion.
- Proficient with Zoho CRM (3+ years).
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite required.
