Overview:
The Third-Party Data Acquisition team collaborates with Data Platform, Data Governance, IT, internal business partners, and external data providers to deliver third-party data that supports strategic business objectives. The Data Acquisition Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME), managing vendor relationships and contracts while driving innovative data sourcing solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead third-party data discovery and acquisition efforts, including internal stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, data landscape analysis, vendor negotiation, and contract review.
- Partner with Purchasing and Legal teams to guide data-related legal terms, statements of work, and contract negotiations.
- Advocate for internal reuse of acquired third-party data through stakeholder engagement and education.
- Align data acquisition strategies with organizational goals by identifying all potential uses of datasets and estimating their business value.
- Establish and maintain consistent program management processes and standards for third-party data enablement.
Complexity & Innovation:
- Deliver innovative and technically sound solutions in a complex, interdependent environment with financial, technical, and project constraints.
- Demonstrate persistence and problem-solving skills in multi-variable scenarios with competing objectives.
Relationship Management:
