Job Title: Oracle Fusion Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to support implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise across Oracle Fusion modules and experience working in client-facing environments.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion solutions
Configure Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs
Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-production support
Develop and review functional and technical design documents
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migrations
Provide end-user training and documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
11+ years of experience as an Oracle Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
Experience in one or more modules:
Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
HCM (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Benefits)
SCM (OM, PO, Inventory, Manufacturing)
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, roles, and setup
Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools
Familiarity with data migration tools (FBDI, HDL)
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Fusion certification(s)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Exposure to REST/SOAP services
Prior cloud ERP implementation experience
