We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead client-side oversight of a Zuora implementation as part of a broader Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformation. The build and configuration are being delivered by a large systems integrator; this role will manage internal coordination, ensure alignment with business and technical needs, and drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client-Side Project Management: Own project lifecycle activities from the client perspective initiation, planning, execution, risk management, and go-live support.
Technical Oversight: Ensure SI-delivered solutions meet internal architecture, security, integration, and business requirements across billing, order management, revenue recognition, and ERP touchpoints.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison between the SI, internal IT, and business stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing escalations, and ensuring transparency.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks/issues related to the SI's deliverables, drive resolution, and escalate when necessary.
Change Management Support: Collaborate with change management leads to ensure the business is prepared for new systems, contributing to training and knowledge transfer plans. Requirements:
6-9 years of IT Project Management experience leading complex enterprise system implementations
Hands-on experience managing Quote-to-Cash (QTC) programs involving Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition systems.
Strong technical oversight skills ensuring system integrator deliverables align with enterprise architecture, security, and business process requirements.
High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and resilience operating in fast-paced, dynamic, multi-stakeholder transformation environments.
Must have worked in Agile environments managing Agile projects.
Strongly prefer some Agile certifications including CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc. |
