Job Details

Title: Product Owner Adobe Target Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Position: Contract

Note: Candidates should be able to answer basic questions regarding Adobe Target functionalities and business use cases. We are looking for profiles with any level of exposure to Adobe Target (e.g., analyst, product owner, developer, etc.) to ensure meaningful discussions with clients who are already advanced in their learning journey. The ideal candidate should have strong experience as a Senior Product Owner, capable of managing multiple junior POs.

Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience working with the AEM platform.
AEM Certified Business Practitioner preferred.
Domain knowledge in Financial Services and digital marketing (web analytics and SEO) is desirable.
Deep understanding of AEM platform and best practices for implementation.
Experience working with backend (AEM), front-end UI development teams, and creative design teams.
Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients.
Strong skills in reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements.
Experience authoring websites using Adobe Experience Manager.
Proven ability to elicit high-level business requirements and create detailed functional specs, traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Really seeking deep product management expertise in these areas people who have managed scrum teams and roadmaps before and know the platforms well.
Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of AEM applications.
Apply functional knowledge of the AEM platform to guide solution design and implementation.
Conduct requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and initial client discovery.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specs, use cases, and workflow diagrams; manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with client business owners and partners to develop AEM implementation strategy and roadmap.
Lead team and client meetings, clearly articulating the solution and guiding stakeholders through AEM authoring, site assembly, DAM setup, etc.
