Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Supply Chain Business Activator to support the acceleration of digital transformation within supply chain operations. This role will partner with dedicated Digital & Technology teams to drive data visibility and facilitate an operating model for Business Performance Management (BPM), enabling faster, data-driven decisions across the supply chain.
The Business Activator will serve as the "voice of the product" to stakeholders, leading activation strategy and execution to integrate new capabilities into business processes and accelerate adoption. This role also champions user feedback, collaborating with Product Owners and capability teams to turn insights into actionable improvements.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Supply Chain Business Activator to support the acceleration of digital transformation within supply chain operations. This role will partner with dedicated Digital & Technology teams to drive data visibility and facilitate an operating model for Business Performance Management (BPM), enabling faster, data-driven decisions across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management plans and activation for BPM processes and tools
- Manage intake of enhancement and issue requests, triage to technical teams, and follow up with users
- Drive end-user education efforts on digital tools (including training sessions)
- Support Product Owner in identifying and engaging key end users
- Assist with prioritization and clarification of tool needs based on process guidance and feedback
- Coordinate and facilitate sprint sponsor demos and end-user feedback sessions
- Update learning and development materials to reflect technical changes
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, change management, or digital product rollouts
- Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust in a global, virtual environment
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong digital mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with enterprise-level supply chain systems
